Do you want to play traditionally, with a volume pedal and pedal bass keys and two manuals, or just have one keyboard to goof around with? It all depends on how serious you are, and what kind of past experience you have. You’ll be fine with whatever you get, but if you’re ever planning to do gigs or record it’d be wise to take such things into consideration. Seeing as how you’re a beginner, it’s not entirely important which one you pick, so long as it’s actually playable. The CK-5 will give you a vintage feel much like the original B3s, as opposed to the slightly more modern take like the other two.
For what it’s worth, the C2D is built like a tank, has the ability to add a half-moon switch for the rotary speed (for traditional switching of the speed, as opposed to a digital button like on the SKX), and has an extra set of drawbars for each manual (unlike the SKX).
Anything Hammond brand is probably going to be more expensive, though, because you’re paying for the legacy/fame attached to the brand and its history. I don’t know about the others I only know about the C2D because I play one for the arts program I’m in at my school.
